i can't keep this thing updated, but you can check out the group blog some friends and i have been keeping, at least until i find the time, courage, and motivation to upload some work.
check this out. WIP photos once i get off of work. yes, i actually have been painting!
no updates yet -- give me about a week and a half, maybe -- but this buzzfeed link is pretty sweet.
 life has been giving me some lemons lately, so i haven't been drawing as much (art block and whatnot). i'll try to upload some things by this weekend, or at least have something after finals are over. for now, here's some narcissism!
 click thumbnail to enlarge. vacant... the anatomy is horrible, but i like the colors. more boobs... horrible facial structure (mostly the nose, as well as the almost exact repetition of structure as the deer tits painting). obviously, i am not feeling at my best. keep reciting emily dickinson poetry in my head. stuff like this is the outcome. hopefully, i will upload more (and better) sketches from today soon. watercolor, graphite, and marker on watercolor paper.
 click thumbnail to enlarge. he's going to kill her. i started this quite some time ago, and then put it down in order to complete some paintings for the RLC art auction. i picked it up again, not too long ago, and decided to finish it. you see, when i first began this painting, i'd been listening to way too much rasputina. and, i'd also not been paying attention to how wonky their eyes look. watercolor, ink, marker, graphite, and white charcoal on watercolor paper. original is 9x12" with margins (margins were trimmed). my design instructor is right -- it's hard for me to go without boobs.
